Facebook collects your private phone numbers from your friends that have you in their phone book and then makes those available to advertisers.

We advertise on Google and it is painful every time we mail them a check. We advertise because many people are searching for Pacific Medical Training but then our competitors buy ads on that term and they show up above us. So then we have to buy ads on our own name to show on top of them.
