Is there a Tulsa ACLS section on the website?
Once you purchase an ACLS certification or recertification you will receive access to our ACLS course section. This section contains the study material for the ACLS and a link to begin the certification exam.
Where is your Tulsa PALS class located?
Currently we are not offering local classes. Our service has been 100% online for several years. You won’t be required to schedule a class on the weekend or at night. You can recertify your PALS from the convenience of your home at any time.
My current Tulsa BLS expired about a month ago, can I recertify it online?
Yes, you can. Simply place the order for a BLS recertification. We don’t require seeing your expired certification card. If you are already expired, you should begin the recertification immediately.

Critical care providers should know
The Tulsa County Health Profile of 2010 provides the most recent review of current community health. Low birth weight babies occurred 8.2% of the time which is in line with both state percentages and national percentages (however the national goal is 6%). Infant mortality rates for Tulsa were higher than both the state and national average by a noticeable amount. The rate was 9.4 per 1,000 births in Tulsa and the national average is 6.8. Adult mortality rates have been declining in Tulsa since the 1980’s. The top five causes of death were heart disease, cancer, stroke, chronic lower respiratory disease and accidents. The heart disease mortality rate was higher than the national average (238.5 to 200.2).
The Tulsa Health Department operates public services that include screenings, immunizations, restaurant reports, flu prevention and health education. North Regional Health and Wellness Center is a new medical center that provides broader access to health services and improved preventative services to the region.

Tulsa has been a city since sometime in the 1800s and has a very rich history of trials. It was once a primary aspect in the American oil industry, but has since turned its economic struggles in other directions. It is located in the area of the United States known as “tornado alley” and has suffered severe damages due to enormous tornadoes in the past.
While much of the city is flat land, there are some mountains and hills located in certain areas as well. These areas provide state parks and outdoor adventure for locals as well as tourists. The city has invested considerable amounts of funding into developing shopping and other amusements along the hillsides of the city.
This city also has a large presence in the world of auto and stock car racing. The Tulsa Speedway is regularly used for auto races while the Tulsa Raceway is used for stock car racing.
Yet, most people who visit Tulsa, Oklahoma end up catching a show or concert at one of the entertainment venues. Some of the more popular locations for these events include the Brady Theater and the Tulsa Convention Center. The Tulsa Opera and Tulsa Ballet are also popular features with some visitors.
